Shipping Policy
At Bio Leaf, we aim for a fast and reliable shipping services to our customers. Our products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We dispatch orders from Monday through to Friday, excluding public holidays. 99.9% of the time, if you place an order before 1 pm we will endeavour to send it on the same day, if not your order will be dispatched the following day. All parcels are sent using either Aramex, NZ Post or Post Haste. Our preferred option is NZ Post on an overnight service. Your order should arrive within 2 to 3 days of dispatching. Rural deliveries may take a day longer than urban deliveries.

Our shipping pricing is based on weight, standard box sizing and using an overnight service with NZ Post. We are open to using your preferred courier company or to discuss pricing options. Please either email us at orders@bioleaf.co.nz or leave a comment in the courier delivery notes upon checking out.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Bio Leaf, we fully stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@bioleaf.co.nz. We aim to offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our team at your earliest convince or within 7 days of receiving your order.
We take great care to package your products so that they arrive without being damaged. However, accidents do happen on the rare occasion. If you happen to receive your goods and they have been damaged in transit, please notify us as soon as possible. Take photos of the product and the packaging, keep everything, and email us with the photos so we can take action. We only have a short window to put a claim in with the courier. On the plus side, we will replace all goods proven to be damaged in transit.
Exceptions to the rule and non-returnable items are products bought on sale, unless there's a fault and Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for money. However we want to help if anything goes wrong and are always happy to discuss. Your purchases are covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act which we endeavour to follow.
